SUPER SIMPLE STRONG BONE SMOOTHIES
1 frozen banana
1 cup of berries (mixed or your choice)
2 tbsp. hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
1 ½ cups water
1 big handful of greens (such as spinach or kale)
Simply blend in a high powered blender and enjoy!
