These were so much fun to make, even know they were a bit of a disaster. I used a special ice cream mould designed for making ice cream poppers which is just amazing. However applying warm melted chocolate to ice cream is something I am yet to master. To say you have to work fast is an understatement! Once covered in some kind of chocolate layer I sprinkled some popping candy on top. So much fun, but I need lots more practice! So I'll keep trying!
